Mechanism of Production and Distribution Sement

Broadly speaking, the process of production / manufacture of cement until the cement packaging is divided into 5 phases:1. Preparation of Raw Materials.Lime stone (80%) is taken from the quarry (Quarry), transported and destroyed by means of breaking limestone (Limestone Crusher) was mixed with Clay (15%) taken from the mines, transported, enumerated by the enumerator tool clay (Clay Cutter) called Mixed limestone and stored in Mixed Storage in the form of a mound (Pile). As for Silica Sand (4%) and Iron Sand (1%) purchased from a supplier.2. Materials Processing.Mixed limestone mixed with silica sand Sand Iron and milled and dried at penggilimg machine (Vertical Roller Mill) so that it becomes a powder (Bait) and stored at Shiloh Bait (Homogenezing Silo).3. Combustion and Cooling.Incorporated into the feed preheater (Preheater) and burned in a furnace Play (Rotary Kiln) with the heat reached 1400 degrees Celsius to form Slag (Clinker). Subsequently cooled slag tersebur sudden the engine coolant (Clinker Cooler) and stored in storage tanks Slag (Clinker Dome).4. End millingSlag plus Gypsum (4%) and or other additives in a certain proportion digilingpada end mill (Finish Mill) with a certain subtlety that it becomes Cement (Cement) and stored in silos Cement.5. Packaging and DistributionCement packed in bags (Zak) with a weight of 40 kg and 50 kg, or with Jumbo Bag weighing 1 ton, or packaged in bulk form diunit packing (Packing Plant) and ready to be distributed by land or sea to the customer.
Types of rockIn the manufacture of cement, there are four necessary ingredients, namely:1. LimestoneLimestone limestone used is obtained from the barren limestone mountain areas.According to sources, if the limestone obtained from the lush limestone mountains, the results are less fit and less good.2. ClayClay used does not require special requirements. The clay is taken directly from the mines around the factory and immediately transported to the factory.3. Silica Sand4. Iron Sand
